Quality and Safety (Q & S)



The testing system QS has become "to the" quality assurance system for meat and meat products, that includes all the steps from birth through slaughter, cutting and processing to transportation and storage. In all stages of the feed provision over the birth to trade transparency should be created, to be the origin of raw materials traceable and animal welfare be taken into account. Comparable has been established for fruit, vegetables and potatoes.


The interests of consumers are taken into account when establishing the requirements for QS-tested products.


ARS PROBATA checks the QS system in the product areas of meat and meat products as well as fruit, vegetables and potatoes.
